OUR VIEW

Copper – Looks to deal in Narrow Range.

Better to sell, Buy ≤ 8250, Sell ≥ 8400

Aluminium – Looks to deal in Narrow Range.

Better to sell, Buy ≤ 2425, Sell ≥ 2500

USD/INR – INR looks very weak.

Better to sell, Buy ≤ 82.00, Sell ≥ 82.50

FACTOR AFFECTING MARKET

· Copper and Aluminium are working in Narrow range. In spite of some adverse news, market is still stable positive sign.

· Some adverse news for Copper, Aluminium, INR :-

(i) Higher crude oil demand and aggressive Fed comments make USD strong.

(ii) Due to that Copper, Aluminium and INR are unable to go Upside.

(iii) Geo-political tension again arise between Russia-Ukraine.

· RBI hike rate by 0.35 BPS to control inflation but still Rupee not get any Positive momentum, which suggest threat for rupee.

· Copper, Aluminium and INR will rebound again as above all factors will not affect too hard for these.

(ii) उसके कारण तांबा, एल्युमीनियम और INR ऊपर नहीं जा पा रहे हैं।
(iii) रूस-यूक्रेन के बीच फिर से भू-राजनीतिक तनाव उत्पन्न हो गया।
• आरबीआई ने मुद्रास्फीति को नियंत्रित करने के लिए 0.35 बीपीएस की दर में 
   वृद्धि की लेकिन फिर भी रुपये को कोई सकारात्मक गति नहीं मिली, जो रुपये के
   लिए खतरे का संकेत देता है।
• तांबा, एल्युमीनियम और INR में फिर से उछाल आएगा क्योंकि उपरोक्त सभी कारक
  इन पर बहुत अधिक प्रभाव नहीं डालेंगे।

FACTOR AFFECTING MARKET

· Copper and Aluminium’s rally stop for a while, reasons:

(1) Fed’s aggressive comment rate hike

(2) After covid restriction ease, China’s new problem of pollution emerge.

(3) US Dollar index gone up

· So, these are news which impact on temporary. Not so strong fundamental news.

· It was expected of corrections as we mentioned yesterday too.

· It is rule of economy no trend will sustain in same direction for too long.

· After some correction, first market will dip further for a while and after that, we can expect some huge rally shortly.

· INR weakness was expected but will give chance for buying and ready again but not sustain too long.
