OUR VIEW

Copper        – Looks Bullish (Upward).

                       Better to hold, Buy ≤ 7900, Sell ≥ 8250

Aluminium – Looks to Bullish.

                       Better to sell, Buy ≤ 2250, Sell ≥ 2350

 USD/INR   – INR looks strong but not sustain too long.                   

                       Better to buy, Buy ≤ 81.30, Sell ≥ 82.50      

 

 FACTOR AFFECTING MARKET

·        Yesterday’s US CPI data (inflation data) provides Rally in Copper, Aluminium and INR.

·        CPI data were better than expected (previous 8.2 & current 7.7), it is not very big difference actual but market is over reacted to that so be cautious.

·        By keeping of US election in mind, government may try to down inflation in any manner which possible only via hiking interest rate.

·        Copper also looks demanded due to short supply.

·        Aluminium fundamentally looks strong but China’s low demand is not allowing it to go up as it should.

·        Rupee is getting support by low US Dollar index and foreign inflow but not sustain too long.
